Partner with Infrastructure Finance to design sophisticated Total Cost of Ownership (PerfTCO) frameworks, quantifying the enterprise balance-sheet value of accelerated capacity deployment.
Establish top-down product cost targets for modular SKUs across compute, power, and cooling systems, driving alignment with Hardware Supply Chain/Systems & Manufacturing teams. Craft high-stakes strategic narratives, white papers, and executive presentations for S/VP leadership, Operating Committee reviews, and cross-functional forums. Architect change-management initiatives to drive alignment.
