- They outsource everything, staff are next. They treat staff like we are less than and just annoying overhead. Management is run by non attorneys and all gossip and pick favorites. They are super fake and treat the staff like children vs. professional adults.
- On the business services side, a new senior management team is transitioning into place, and with limited exceptions, existing business personnel are being phased out or outsourced. If you are a new hire in Philadelphia, you might be in a good position at the firm.
