- At ekincare, Product is not about shipping a list of features for the sake of shipping. It is about finding the real problem,
- understanding why it exists, and solving it at the root - so a business metric moves.
- As an Associate Product Manager, you will own features end-to-end - from problem definition to shipping to measuring
- impact - while working closely with a Product Manager to help drive the business metrics they're accountable for. You
- won't just execute a spec handed to you; you'll understand the “why” behind it, and build the judgment to grow into owning
- outcomes yourself.

Requirements
What you will do
- Own features end-to-end. Take a feature from problem definition through shipping to measuring impact — not just
execution of a spec handed to you.
- Support metric movement. Work with your Product Manager to understand the business metrics they own, and help
drive them through the features and improvements you ship.
- Look past the obvious ask. Get curious about the root cause behind a request or problem, not just the surface symptom.
- Get comfortable with data. Dig into data, spot patterns, and use them to inform your decisions and validate whether
what you shipped actually worked.
- Talk to customers. Don't rely only on dashboards or stakeholder opinions - get on calls, observe workflows, and hear
feedback firsthand.
- Think from first principles. Question existing processes and assumptions rather than just digitising how things work
today.
- Ship fast. Prototype, test, learn, and iterate. Bias towards action over perfect plans.
- Use AI as a force multiplier. Be hands-on with the latest AI tools for prototyping, analysis, experimentation,
development, and your own productivity.
- Work cross-functionally. Coordinate with engineering, design, business, and operations to get your features shipped.
- Follow through. Own your features from opportunity to shipped solution to measured impact.
What we are looking for
- 1–2 years of product management or related experience (this includes people who haven't had the "Product Manager"
title but have done this kind of work).
- Good product fundamentals and an eagerness to work through ambiguous, complex problems.
- A track record of shipping features that mattered — ideally ones you can tie back to a metric or customer outcome.
- Comfort with data — able to go from a question → data → insight → hypothesis → action, even if still building this
muscle.
- Customer empathy and a willingness to get on calls, observe workflows, and hear uncomfortable feedback.
- High ownership. You don't wait to be told what to do next.
- Strong execution bias and comfort operating with speed and imperfect information.
- Curiosity about modern AI tools and genuine interest in using them to build and ship faster.
