Oracle Fusion Financials

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Financials Functional Consultant with strong expertise in General Ledger (GL), Cash Management (CM), and financial close processes. The candidate will be responsible for providing L2/L3 production support, resolving functional issues, managing service requests, performing root cause analysis, and implementing system enhancements within an Oracle Managed Services environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 production support for Oracle Fusion General Ledger and Cash Management.
• Troubleshoot journal import, journal posting, ledger configuration, Chart of Accounts, accounting periods, allocations, revaluation, and translation issues.
• Support bank account configuration, bank statement imports, bank reconciliation, reconciliation rules, cash positioning, and cash forecasting.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close activities.
• Resolve issues related to subledger accounting, journal transfers, intercompany transactions, and accounting discrepancies.
• Perform functional configuration changes and enhancements based on approved business requirements.
• Troubleshoot FBDI, ADFDI, ESS scheduled processes, OTBI, BI Publisher, Smart View, and Financial Reporting Center issues.
• Perform root cause analysis, identify recurring issues, and implement permanent solutions.
• Manage incidents, service requests, change requests, and problem tickets within agreed SLAs.
• Support Oracle quarterly patching, impact analysis, regression testing, and post-release validation.
• Coordinate with Finance business users, technical teams, Oracle Support, and cross-functional module teams.
• Maintain support documentation, functional specifications, and knowledge base articles.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials production support.
• Expertise in Oracle Fusion General Ledger (GL) and Cash Management (CM).
• Good knowledge of Chart of Accounts, ledger configuration, journal processing, bank reconciliation, and financial close.
• Experience in Subledger Accounting (SLA), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Fixed Assets (FA).
• Working knowledge of FBDI, ADFDI, ESS jobs, OTBI, BI Publisher, Smart View, and Functional Setup Manager (FSM).
• Experience in L2/L3 support, incident management, RCA, SLA monitoring, and change management.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, Jira, or similar ticketing tools.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Oracle Fusion Financials AMS or Managed Services projects.
• Exposure to Oracle quarterly releases and financial application enhancements.
• Knowledge of Oracle Fusion integrations and financial reporting.
• Ability to independently manage support activities and coordinate with business stakeholders.
