Typically 4+ years of experience as a Buyer/Planner, Supply Chain Coordinator, Procurement Specialist, or in a similar purchasing and planning role.

Experience supporting engineering, manufacturing, technical operations, or other hardware-focused environments.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field.

5+ years of professional experience developing and integrating mixed-signal, embedded, or avionics hardware, preferably in aerospace, defense, or other high-reliability environments.

Experience with electrical system design for mixed-signal and embedded hardware applications.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

Typically 7+ years of experience developing and delivering complex aerospace, defense, or similarly demanding hardware systems.

Strong mechanical engineering foundation and demonstrated experience with complex, tightly coupled hardware systems, rather than isolated components or relatively simple products.
