You'll win the clients that shape where Journey Further goes next. As a Growth Director, you're the senior point of contact for our highest value new business opportunities. You'll own deals from the first conversation to the signed contract: qualifying, building the story, pitching, negotiating and closing. This isn't a hand-off role. You'll build relationships that last well beyond a single pitch, bring our specialists together around a sharp commercial narrative, and represent us in the rooms where ambitious brands decide who they trust with their growth.

You'll work closely with Caitlin Halpert and with leaders across our channel, strategy and creative teams to make sure every deal we win is scoped well, priced well and set up to succeed.
