Manage engagement economics, project timelines, resourcing, deliverables, and risk mitigation strategies across simultaneous workstreams. Supervise, mentor, and conduct performance management for senior associates and associates, fostering a collaborative, high-performance, and inclusive team culture.

Assist with scoping prospective advisory engagements, authoring statements of work (SOWs), and co-leading multi-disciplinary pitches in collaboration with Tax Advisory and Supply Chain practices.
