Experience processing accounts payable, including complex vendor invoices, employee expense reports, and voucher exceptions, and verifying proper authorization and documentation for disbursements.

Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

10+ years of experience in program delivery, project controls, PMIS/digital transformation, or Agile/hybrid delivery governance on mega capital infrastructure construction programs across aviation, ports, rail/transit, transportation, utilities, energy, water, or public works.

Experience leading cross-functional delivery teams spanning advisory, technical, and client-facing roles, including mentoring and onboarding junior staff.

Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

10+ years of experience in digital transformation, PMIS advisory, or program controls strategy on mega capital infrastructure construction programs across aviation, ports, rail/transit, transportation, utilities, energy, water, or public works.

Experience serving public infrastructure owners in an advisory capacity on PMIS or program controls strategy.
