Senior engineering leadership experience across platform or product-aligned teams, with accountability for secure, resilient and scalable production systems.
Strong technical judgement across cloud technology, modern engineering practices, system monitoring, reliability, automation, software quality and secure design.
Ability to translate business and product strategy into clear technology direction, platform roadmaps and measurable outcomes that balance delivery, quality, risk and cost.
Experience leading responsible artificial intelligence adoption, including setting practical controls, assessing engineering use cases and helping teams use artificial intelligence safely to improve insight, productivity and decision-making.
Inclusive leadership skills, with experience coaching engineering leaders and teams, developing capability and succession, creating psychological safety and communicating clearly with senior stakeholders.
