In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the organisation’s strategic growth agenda through the evaluation, execution and integration of acquisitions, partnerships and other corporate transactions. You will lead detailed financial analysis and valuation activities, develop robust business cases and financial models, coordinate cross-functional due diligence processes, and contribute to transaction structuring, negotiations and documentation. Your insights and recommendations will help inform critical investment and strategic decisions across the business.
You will also work closely with senior leaders to identify and assess new growth opportunities, shape strategic initiatives, and evaluate evolving market and competitive dynamics. Partnering with teams across operations, technology, risk, compliance, HR and finance, you will help deliver successful post-transaction integrations, monitor value creation outcomes, and prepare high-quality materials for executive and board-level stakeholders. Through strong internal and external relationship management, you will help position the organisation to capitalise on emerging opportunities and achieve its long-term strategic objectives.
