Proven experience delivering business or technology change initiatives in complex organisations, with the ability to translate business needs into practical solutions and outcomes
Strong business analysis, stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills, with experience gathering requirements, facilitating workshops, mapping processes and working across both business and technology teams
Hands-on experience using programming languages such as Python, JavaScript or TypeScript, alongside a solid understanding of data analysis, data quality, data visualisation and structured data querying
Working knowledge of artificial intelligence and machine learning concepts, including generative AI, prompt design and AI-powered solution development, with the ability to assess solution feasibility and challenge assumptions
Excellent communication, relationship-building and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively in ambiguous environments, manage competing priorities and build trust across diverse stakeholder groups.
