In this role, you will lead the execution and ongoing development of a complex transformation portfolio across Financial Management, mobilising a large, multidisciplinary team against agreed priorities.
You will partner closely with Financial Management leaders and platform owners to translate strategic priorities into executable initiatives. You will define scope, milestones, resources, dependencies and measures of success, while establishing clear governance, accountability and decision points.
You will coordinate delivery across Financial Management, platform, technology and specialist teams, providing transparency over progress, investment, risks and expected benefits. You will identify and resolve delivery barriers and bring constructive challenge to priorities, capacity, sequencing and delivery approaches.
Drawing on your technology and data knowledge, you will connect business outcomes with changes across operating models, workforce, processes, data flows, platforms, automation and artificial intelligence. You will also partner with senior leaders to embed change, support adoption and maintain a clear focus on measurable benefits and sustainable outcomes.
