Extensive hands-on experience as a Senior Engineer, Lead Engineer, Principal Engineer or in a similar role supporting modern workplace, digital workplace, end-user computing or collaboration technologies at enterprise scale
Strong technical experience across enterprise collaboration platforms and services, including Microsoft 365, Teams, Exchange Online, Copilot and Copilot Studio, with exposure to Zoom, Slack or comparable technologies
Experience designing, engineering and improving audiovisual, meeting room, digital signage or event conferencing solutions within a large-scale organisation
Strong hands-on experience across Windows platform technologies and macOS enterprise environments, including Microsoft Intune, SCCM / System Center Configuration Manager, Jamf and Apple Business Manager
Experience across end-user computing services, including device management, endpoint lifecycle management, enterprise application deployment and collaboration tooling
Ability to contribute to strategic technology thinking, architecture discussions, design reviews, standards and roadmaps while remaining hands-on in engineering and delivery
A self-starting and collaborative approach, with the enthusiasm, aptitude and stakeholder management skills to work across federated teams and influence technical outcomes without formal authority
Experience within a large-scale, regulated or risk-focused environment, with the ability to balance engineering delivery, security, risk, supportability and longer-term technology outcomes.
