Strong experience in transaction reporting, regulatory reporting or regulatory change within financial services, ideally in institutional banking, financial markets, trading or a Financial Services Consulting role.
Knowledge of transaction reporting obligations, processes, risks and controls, including the design and assessment of controls that support complete, accurate and timely reporting.
Experience with testing approaches across data, reporting logic, reconciliations, exceptions and control effectiveness, with the ability to assess reporting processes end-to-end.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience supporting regulatory remediation, transformation or change initiatives in a complex financial services environment.
Demonstrated stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills, with the ability to constructively challenge approaches, facilitate workshops and communicate complex matters clearly to senior stakeholders.
