At least 5 years of relevant corporate paralegal experience in an in-house legal department, law firm, or comparable corporate environment.

Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate from an accredited program preferred; equivalent relevant education and experience will be considered.

Demonstrated experience supporting commercial contracts, including nondisclosure agreements, document comparison and proofreading, signature coordination, and management of executed agreements.

Knowledge of P/L and cost management is an asset.

6+ years of brand marketing experience in CPG, beauty, personal care or fragrance; Fortune 500 experience preferred, startups and midsize also welcome

Proven track record of launching new products, implementing go-to-market strategies and building brands

4+ years of related paralegal experience, including substantial hands-on trademark portfolio experience.

Strong organizational and project-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.

Proven ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment within established guidelines, take ownership of assignments, and escalate issues appropriately.
