Role Summary
We are looking for a Monetization Specialist – Expansion to reduce involuntary churn and improve failed-payment (FTC) recovery for McAfee's subscription base. Sitting on the Expansion team, you will own the strategy and execution of messaging, product, and payment enhancements that keep paying customers subscribed when a payment fails, or before it does.
This is a hybrid role based in either our Ireland or Spain hubs. You may be required to travel to the US as needed; when not onsite, you will work remotely from your home location.

About the Role
As a Monetization Specialist – Expansion, you will support initiatives that protect recurring revenue by preventing and recovering failed payments across the customer lifecycle. You will work across three levers: messaging enhancements (pre-dunning, dunning, grace period, expiration, and reactivation journeys), product enhancements (in-product experiences that surface and resolve payment issues), and payment enhancements (retry logic, payment method updates, and billing flows). You will partner closely with Payments, Martech, Product, Analytics, Engineering, and Lifecycle Marketing to turn insights into tested, measurable improvements.
