Your tasks

Als Teamlead Marketplace (m/w/d) trägst Du die strategische und wirtschaftliche Gesamtverantwortung für das nationale und internationale Marketplace-Geschäft und führst das Marketplace-Team fachlich sowie disziplinarisch. Folgende spannende Aufgaben warten dabei auf Dich:

Marketplace-Strategie: Du entwickelst die Marketplace-Strategie weiter und priorisierst Plattformen, Länder, Geschäftsmodelle und Sortimente anhand ihres wirtschaftlichen Potenzials

Key Accounts: Du steuerst die wichtigsten Key Accounts und Fokus-Marktplätze eigenverantwortlich und entwickelst die Geschäftsbeziehungen kontinuierlich weiter

Umsatz und Profitabilität: Du verantwortest Umsatz, Absatz, Deckungsbeitrag und relevante Marketplace-KPIs und leitest daraus konkrete Maßnahmen zur Planerreichung ab

Forecasting und Operations: Du steuerst Forecasts, Warenplanung, Warenverfügbarkeit und operative Prozesse und stellst eine stabile Plattform- und Produktperformance sicher

Partnermanagement: Du führst Konditions-, Aktions- und Jahresgespräche und entwickelst mit Vendor-, Marketplace- und Plattformpartnern profitable Wachstumsmodelle

Teamführung: Du führst, entwickelst und koordinierst das Marketplace-Team und steuerst interne Schnittstellen sowie externe Dienstleister nach dem Prinzip „Lead by Example“

Your profile

• Du hast ein abgeschlossenes wirtschaftliches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit Schwerpunkt eCommerce, Handel oder Vertrieb
• Darüber hinaus bringst Du mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Marketplace-, Vendor- oder Plattformgeschäft sowie Führungserfahrung mit
• Du hast bereits Umsatz-, Budget- und Ergebnisverantwortung übernommen und kennst relevante Marktplätze sowie deren Geschäfts-, Werbe- und Betriebsmodelle sehr gut
• Erfahrung in Konditionsverhandlungen, Forecasting und Sortimentssteuerung sowie verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse zeichnen Dich aus
• Du denkst unternehmerisch, arbeitest analytisch und konzeptionell und richtest Dein Handeln konsequent auf Ergebnisse aus
• Deine Kommunikations- und Kooperationsfähigkeit, Dein Verhandlungsgeschick sowie Deine Durchsetzungsstärke runden Dein Profil ab
