Demonstrated experience building or working extensively with financial models for thermal and/or renewable power generation assets.

Experience with integrated dispatch/optimization modeling for hybrid asset portfolios (e.g., battery arbitrage against thermal and/or renewable output to meet a firm load shape).

Candidates must be able to perform essential functions as outlined above, including but not limited to:

Eight or more years of professional experience in energy, power, or infrastructure, including four or more years with direct responsibility for negotiating and closing commercial agreements.

Demonstrated ownership of at least one executed utility-scale power purchase agreement or comparable long-term commercial agreement.

Strong process discipline and organizational skills, including experience tracking post-execution obligations across a portfolio of agreements.

Two or more years of relevant legal experience in a corporate, securities, or energy transactional practice at a law firm, in-house, or both, with demonstrated ability to manage recurring compliance deadlines.

Direct experience with SEC reporting obligations under the Exchange Act, including preparation or review of periodic reports (Forms 10-K and 10-Q) and current reports (Form 8-K).
