Omnicom Productions | Hybrid (3 days/week on-site)

About the Role: Omnicom Productions is looking for a Senior Art Director to join us in driving high-impact art direction, video execution, and modern asset production for a major automotive account. We’re a close-knit team operating on the front lines of creative production — a place where sharp design craft meets large-scale, collaborative problem-solving and a genuine passion for the work.

You’ll have access to our suite of proprietary AI and creative technology tools. Consider it a playground to experiment, innovate, and build. These next-gen resources handle the repetitive heavy lifting so you can spend your time where it matters most: concepting, designing, and elevating the work. If you’re a visual director who knows how to leverage modern technology to build slick, standout assets, we’d love to see your portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • AI-Driven Asset Generation & Scale: Leverage proprietary tools and generative platforms (Runway, Veo, Midjourney, etc.) to rapidly prototype, generate, and refine photorealistic static and motion assets—turning high-volume deliverables into streamlined, smart workflows.
  • Hands-On Video Production: Concept, storyboard, art-direct shoots and post-production edits for video and digital campaigns, keeping narrative punch and visual polish front and center under tight deadlines.
  • Scalable Visual Systems: Build modular visual frameworks across social, digital, and traditional channels that translate smoothly across multiple formats.
  • Production-Focused Collaboration: Partner closely with writers, editors, and production leads to solve execution challenges quickly.
  • Presentation: Present creative work with clarity and confidence to both internal leadership and external client stakeholders.
  • Experience: 6+ years of art direction experience in an agency or fast-paced production environment (automotive experience is a big plus).
  • Applied AI Toolkit: Demonstrated experience integrating generative image/video platforms into active workflows to solve real speed and scale challenges (experience with proprietary or emerging tools is a plus).
  • Video & Post-Production Depth: Strong hands-on background in concepting, storyboarding, and guiding edits through final post.
  • Core Suite Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
  • Portfolio: A design-forward portfolio showing clean execution, solid video work, and practical, smart applications of modern generative tools.

$115,000 - $130,000
