Training and Development Manager

Summary: The Training & Development Manager oversees the Distribution training roadmap, ensures consistent and high-quality program delivery, and partners closely with the Central Talent & Development (T&D) team and HR Business Partners to build organizational capability. This role is accountable for driving measurable improvements in team member performance, engagement, and leadership readiness. Working under limited supervision, the Manager leads complex training initiatives, develops scalable programs, and ensures alignment with Pacific Seafood’s Diamond Philosophy of Teamwork, Productivity, Quality, and Excellence.
