3+ years of experience in revenue cycle management, medical billing and collections, or accounts receivable follow-up, preferably in a DME/HME or healthcare setting, including experience leading projects, teams, or outsourced resources.

Hands-on experience with Brightree or a comparable healthcare billing and revenue cycle platform.

Solid understanding of revenue cycle functions, including rental billing, claims processing, CMN and prior authorization requirements, denials, cash posting, A/R aging, and collections.

Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, finance, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree a plus.

8+ years of progressive revenue cycle, healthcare finance, or operations leadership experience, with demonstrated ownership of bad debt, DSO, denial rate, or cost-of-collections outcomes; DME/HME and complex respiratory or enteral experience strongly preferred.

Demonstrated success leading transformation or process-improvement initiatives at scale, including direct people leadership and cross-functional influence without direct authority.

Experience working with health systems selling respiratory services

A respiratory therapist with a current Respiratory Care Practitioner state licensure is a plus

Must have adequate PC skills to use e-mail and update nursing notes and other documentation electronically in a timely manner
