The Senior Leadership Development Consultant at the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis is a strategic role that partners with leaders to design and deliver transformative leadership solutions that support 9th District officers, people leaders and individual contributors. In this role, you’ll leverage advanced consulting, facilitation, and strategic thinking skills to build leadership capabilities, promoting organizational performance and cultivating a high-impact leadership culture.
