Defense Ecosystem Expertise: Deep, verifiable domain expertise working within the Washington, DC defense, national security, and federal contracting ecosystem.

Strategic Campaign Mastery: Demonstrated proficiency in building macro-level marketing campaign plans and business development strategies tailored for complex, long-cycle B2G/G2G sales environments.

Strong C++ software engineering skills and experience building production systems.

Experience with simulation, emulation, replay, resimulation, hardware-in-the-loop, software-in-the-loop, or comparable robotics testing infrastructure.

Strong systems fundamentals, including concurrency, performance, reliability, and Linux.

Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.

3+ years of in-house recruiting experience, with startup experience required.

Demonstrated proficiency sourcing for engineering roles, including hardware (mechanical, electrical, firmware), manufacturing, production, field engineering, product development, and operations.
