This is an exciting opportunity to join SYMCA's Public Transport Operations team and play a key role in delivering customer-facing information across a wide range of channels.
From printed timetables and interchange information to website content, mobile applications and digital displays, you will help ensure passengers have access to accurate and timely travel information whenever they need it. As a Service Information Products Officer, you will contribute directly to improving the customer experience by developing and maintaining high-quality information products that support public transport users across the region.
