A minimum of 8 years of business development or sales experience selling capital equipment, engineered systems, or project-based delivery into power generation, electrical infrastructure, or industrial energy markets.

Established, active relationships with decision makers in one or more of the following markets: power generation development, hyperscale and data center, industrial and manufacturing, or midstream gas.

Professional background with an electrical gear or generator OEM, an equipment packager or systems integrator, an EPC or design-build contractor, an electrical contractor, an energy services provider, or an owner/operator of power generation facilities.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field OR demonstrated equivalent and related experience.

5+ years of Project Controls experience in the oil and gas industry.

Excellent working knowledge of MS Project, Excel, and a range of ERP systems (Ajera preferred).

Bachelor's degree required; J.D., paralegal certification, or equivalent legal/contracts training preferred.

Minimum of 5+ years of experience in contract management, contract negotiation, or a related commercial/legal role, ideally within construction, EPC, design-build, or the energy industry.

Demonstrated experience reviewing, redlining, and negotiating MSAs, NDAs, subcontracts, work orders, and purchase orders.
