Experience: 3+ years of experience managing software engineering projects or teams, including setting priorities, developing schedules, and coordinating cross-functional delivery.

Experience developing software test plans and procedures, aligning developer testing with system-level integration and verification.

Practical experience in Linux command-line environments, shell scripting (Bash), and core networking concepts (TCP/IP, VLANs, socket communication).

Practical experience configuring and operating laboratory test equipment (e.g., digital spectrum analyzers, high-bandwidth oscilloscopes, RF vector signal generators, or logic analyzers).

Experience with Python testing frameworks and data/visualization libraries (e.g., PyTest, NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib).

2 years of experience in relevant program management or equivalent.

Must be able to communicate effectively, both written and verbal, to employees of all levels and with outside customers.

Must have substantial reasoning and problem-solving abilities extensive planning and scheduling skills, able to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
