Job Overview

This Business Intelligence Manager serves as the product owner and administrator for T-Mobile’s procurement orchestration platform, Procurement Hub (powered by Zip), with responsibility for configuration, workflow management, platform support, and continuous improvement. This role combines procurement domain knowledge with hands-on experience in Zip or a similar procurement orchestration platform to translate business requirements into scalable intake forms, approval workflows, routing logic, and system enhancements.
