United BioSource interview preparation.

Minimum of 2 year direct project management experience at a Contract Research Organization (CRO) or pharmaceutical company and/ or 4 years of pharmacovigilance experience or equivalent experience.

Knowledge of global and local PV regulations and legislation, both pre- and post-marketing, preferred.

Strong project management, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, both internally and towards clients.

Associate or Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline or equivalent work experience

Five (5) or more years of relevant experience in pharmacy benefit management, specialty pharmacy or patient support/access (HUB) services preferred

Three (3) or more years of relevant experience in pharmacy and/or medical benefit verifications, prior authorization and/or appeals required.

Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).

8+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in healthcare, life sciences, or patient support services.

Certification as a Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent is a plus.
