How you will make an impact
In this role, you’ll
Analytics Strategy & Leadership: Set the RCM analytics strategy for the customer, ensuring reporting, analysis, and insights are aligned with customer priorities and business outcomes.
People Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop the Director, RCM Analytics, establishing clear priorities, decision rights, performance expectations, and accountability for high-quality work.
Executive Insights: Translate complex revenue cycle and operational data into clear findings, recommendations, and decisions for the customer and XiFin executives.

Operational Improvement: Partner across revenue cycle operations, technology, product, finance, and customer teams to prioritize and advance initiatives that improve performance and financial outcomes.
What you will bring to the role
- We’re looking for a credible, strategic leader who can turn complex analysis into action while building trust with executives, customers, and teams. You might be a great fit if you:

- Lead through others by setting direction, developing talent, and creating accountability without becoming the only person who can solve the problem.
- Balance strategic leadership with enough analytical depth to challenge assumptions, assess the quality of insights, and guide recommendations.
- Build trusted customer relationships and navigate difficult performance discussions with transparency, sound judgment, and a solutions-focused approach.
- Operate effectively across organizational boundaries, align stakeholders, and drive decisions and follow-through amid competing priorities.
- Anticipate risks and opportunities, bring forward recommendations, and maintain momentum from insight through execution.
Skills and experience you have
- You don’t need to check every box. We will consider a combination of education and experience, including:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Healthcare IT, Finance, Analytics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 12+ years of progressive experience in revenue cycle operations, customer analytics, business intelligence, or a related healthcare field, including significant leadership responsibility.
- Demonstrated expertise in RCM metrics, data analytics, KPI reporting, and translating findings into business recommendations.
- Experience leading and developing senior analytics professionals or teams and driving accountability for complex deliverables.
- Proven ability to advise and influence senior executives and lead customer-facing performance and strategy discussions.
- Deep understanding of healthcare revenue cycle performance, including billing, collections, denials, accounts receivable, reimbursement, and financial outcomes.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with reporting, visualization, or business intelligence tools.
- Ability to manage executive priorities, escalations, deadlines, and cross-functional initiatives in a complex customer environment.
