About the role

The Systems & Change Specialist will partner with the M & L leadership team to build and strengthen systems thinking, change management and continuous improvement capability across the operating network. Working collaboratively across M & L teams, the role will drive planning and performance initiatives, support organisational change and identify opportunities to improve business systems, processes and operational outcomes.

The role requires specialised knowledge and experience in business process definition, requirements analysis, root cause analysis, change management and systems thinking. It will foster key stakeholder relationships to support a consistent national approach to portfolio responsibilities, ensuring the effective delivery of agreed work plans, deliverables and timeframes.

A key responsibility will be to lead and support strategic projects and system and process improvements that enable the operational training model, address complex business challenges, eliminate errors and strengthen future operational capability. This will include investigating audit findings and associated requirements, including those arising from TGA audits, working with audit response teams and relevant stakeholders to identify root causes and develop sustainable solutions that address underlying systemic issues.

Success in this role will require a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, the ability to bring teams together to deliver effective solutions and demonstrated experience leading continuous improvement (CI) programs of work that achieve measurable and sustainable outcomes.
