Recruiting & HR Generalist

• Peoplr is seeking a Recruiting & Human Resources (HR) Generalist for our
• client, Kessler Creative, an innovative, well-renowned direct marketing partner
• delivering unparalleled customer service. This job is ideal for organized,
• empathetic, results-driven candidates who thrive with high levels of autonomy. The
• Recruiting & HR Generalist is a full-time, regular, onsite role.

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

As a Recruiting & HR Generalist, you will…

Lead

full-cycle recruiting efforts, including workforce planning, job postings,

interviewing, and reference checks to attract top talent

Manage

• the employee lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding, including offer
• letters, background checks, new hire integration, employee records
• administration, and leave management

Foster

• a positive employee experience by supporting employee relations, promoting
• company culture, addressing employee concerns, and conducting workplace
• investigations as needed

Ensure

compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, as well as company

policies and industry best practices

Develop

training programs within the LMS, while evaluating and improving HR processes,

standard operating procedures, and best practice documentation

Required Qualifications

At

least 5 years of hands-on recruiting experience

Knowledge

of HR functions including training, onboarding, offboarding, and performance

management

Proficiency

with technology; specifically experience with learning management systems (LMS)

or ability to get up to speed quickly

Experience

creating training, standard operating procedures, or similar documentation

Knowledge

of state and federal employment laws and practices

Excellent

communicator – clear, professional, and adjusts to meet needs of various

audiences

Results-oriented

• able to manage and follow up on multiple deliverables and deadlines

Ability

to quickly establish rapport, effectively collaborate, and build strong

relationships

Demonstrated

ability to drive adherence to established policies, procedures, and best

practices across the organization

Bachelor’s

degree

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s

in human resources

Hands-on

• training experience
• SHRM-CP,
• PHR, or other HR certification
