Significant senior leadership experience in strategy, business development, healthcare administration, mental health services, or a related sector, with a demonstrated track record of leading organizational growth, transformation, and enterprise-wide strategic initiatives.

Deep knowledge of healthcare, mental health, and workplace wellness environments, combined with exceptional leadership, stakeholder engagement, change management, and relationship-building capabilities.

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Psychology, Sociology, Organizational Development, Human Resources or Health and Wellness

3-5 years’ experience developing content for educational sessions and workshops

Excellent command of the English and French language is required, both verbal and written

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree is considered an asset.

10+ years of progressive software engineering experience, including 5+ years designing and implementing enterprise-scale solution architectures and backend platforms.

Strong expertise in backend application development, software design patterns, enterprise architecture principles, and technical leadership.
