As part of the Macquarie Recruitment Team (via Hudson Talent Solutions), you will join a supportive team working closely with our client stakeholders and contribute to the success of our broader global recruitment team. You will be a proactive recruiter with a consultative, responsive approach who enjoys partnering with key clients. We obsess over our clients, keep learning and adapting, and look for better ways to scale. We put an excellent candidate experience at the centre of everything we do.
While this is an end-to-end recruitment role, you will be a true partner to the business, giving advice and guidance on all things recruitment and talent acquisition. You will add value beyond the recruitment process, working side by side with the business to support its talent needs.
