TVO is seeking a seasoned generalist to fill a role as a Labour and Employee Relations Manager to provide practical, solutions-focused labour and employee relations support in a highly unionized environment.

This role advises leaders on collective agreement interpretation, grievances, investigations, performance management, and conflict resolution while supporting a constructive, collaborative labour relations culture.

Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a multi union public sector environment, leading investigations, grievances and negotiations.
